Walk and Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk therapy enables you to get out of the traditional office setting and walk while you talk with me about your issues of concern in a natural setting. It encourages you to be more physically active for your health.
$135 per 50 minutes session
Individual/Couples/Family
Face to Face or Video Counseling
Video counseling enables you to participate in counseling sessions live over the Internet using a web cam. You have confidential, direct face-to-face communication with me as we develop a customized and holistic approach to help you find solutions to your issues of concern.
$135+ per 50 minutes session
Crisis Phone Counseling
Crisis intervention is focused on minimizing the stress of the event, providing emotional support and improving the individual’s coping strategies in the here and now. Crisis Counseling is offered on a limited basis via phone.
$40 per quarter hour
PMDD Management
Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder causes emotional and physical symptoms for women which may be debilitating, and often interfere with their daily lives, including work, school, social life, and relationships. PMDD management works along side your medical provider to minimize the effects of PMDD.
$135 per 50 minutes session
Fees for services are expected at the end of each session.
